A Precursor to Spring

A warm sunny day, with temps in the low 60’s, perfect for an excursion in the Nature Preserve. The rocky and strenuous trail was challenging, but the incredible junipers and piñons, many gnarled by decades of exposure to the weather, were inspiring.

Their ability to thrive despite harsh conditions offered hope that the horror of these times, and those who rape and pillage the Earth to feed their greed addiction, will soon pass.
