We almost always offer a 10% discount for multiple purchases.

We use custom-made, heavy-duty cartons for packaging, with extra padding and other protection.

We use PayPal for painting sales. Payment instructions will be included in the email with your shipping costs.

When you receive your painting, unpack it carefully and inspect for any damage. It is fully insured, so please let us know promptly if that is the case.

We want you to be completely pleased with your new painting. Therefore we offer a 14-day grace period. If within that timeframe you decide to return the painting, we will refund all your money including the cost of packaging, shipping, and insurance. However, you are responsible for return shipping, so be sure to save the packaging during the 14-day period.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the painting for any damage before issuing a full refund. It would be to your advantage to fully insure it.
