Artist's notes:
The paintings are diluted acrylics, lightly mixed, dripped and spattered on wet canvas. The series is about the element of water, how it flows and creates shapes and forms in its own fashion, and how the pigments interact with the weave of the canvas.
I experienced a great deal of child-like delight in the process, and often laughed aloud. The results were often unexpected, and always amazing.
