An unseasonably warm and sunny day for our off-trail adventure. Still a fair amount of autumn colors, and the magnificence of the rock cliffs, boulders, ancient trees, shrubs, cacti, and soaring birds offered respite from the madness of these times.

The solitude and stillness are always nurturing, and the connections with Nature, Earth, and Spirit unsurpassed.
