Another exciting adventure on a magnificent early spring day. The immense cliffs, huge boulders, and wonderful junipers and piñon pines, many gnarled by the strong winds, are infinitely inspiring.

We also came upon a group of Search and Rescue workers practicing their skills in the challenging terrain. They offer a great service to hikers and other outdoor adventurers, and we were impressed by their dedication.

Once again, we felt so fortunate to have such wonderful places of unspoiled nature so close to home. And as always, it offered inspiration and hope in these trying times, when the fascists are raping and pillaging the Earth.
