A marvelous warm, sunny late October day, perfect for an off-trail adventure. We had a strenuous scramble to just below the soaring rock cliffs, and traversed along them for several miles.

The wonders of Nature – boulders, rock formations, ancient trees, cacti, and colorful shrubs – were wonderful companions, and the incredible vistas offered meaningful perspectives.
