A beautiful day for exploring off-trail areas of the Nature Preserve on 7 July. Being amongst the cliffs, rocks, trees, shrubs, and cacti is always awesome and deeply moving. The stillness, solitude, and 100-mile vistas add to the experience.

One can only marvel at the spaciousness and unspoiled manifestations of Nature and Earth, and be filled with gratitude.
