Equinox Full Moon

A relatively rare event, the Aries Full Moon occurs a few hours after the Vernal Equinox this afternoon. To celebrate, we went on an off-trail adventure, discovering new rock formations en route to the top of the mesa.

The ancient trees and soaring rock cliffs offer timelessness and deep connections with Nature and Earth. The shrubs, cacti, lichens, and huge boulders, along with 150-miles vistas, stillness, and solitude, help make the Preserve a magnificent place to explore.
