Still Solo

Yet another off-trail solo adventure, despite near-freezing temps and icy winds. My decision to invest in cold-weather gear has already paid off big time! The season is extending toward winter, and weather permitting, beyond.

This trip took a different route to the rock cliffs. There was some strenuous climbing over boulders, with very tricky footing due to the recent snow. But the trees, rocks, and vistas made it very worthwhile, and there were some new photographic opportunities. I do miss my partner, though!

The wonders of Nature, Earth, and Spirit abound, and together with the solitude and stillness made for a deeply meaningful experience.
